dealings
- Adoptables will either be sold for a fixed price or be auctioned for the highest bidder to attain. This means that auto buy price can exceed.
- After purchasing an adoptable, all creativity rights go to the owner.
- Any additional references for the adoptable will cost £70 (chibi price) and £120 (normal character price)

Hiring/commissioning
•Contact me either through gmail ([email protected]) or instagram (@koihaou).
• Hiring my services results in agreeing with the TOS.
• Upon hiring, you are allowed to request for updates on the project at any time. You can also request changes BEFORE the line art is confirmed (exceptions can be made depending on how much of a change is wanted).
• Please provide all references and information you have upfront.
• Project may take a few weeks/months for completion (1-3 months, you will be made aware of any possible delays I may face), but rush orders are possible with an additional fee of £30 (1-2 months). As a University student, patience is highly appreciated.

• No major changes can be made after line art and base colours have been confirmed (exp. big props, clothes or hair colours).
• Finished product will be sent through Gmail or client's preferred application as a PNG file.
• Clients reserve the rights to decide whether commission piece can be posted and used publicly or remain private for their own personal use. However, I reserve the rights to publicly post drafts of the piece and use for portfolio purposes.
EXTRA - Returning client perks - Clients with a history of 1 ordered commission or purchased adoptable are offered an (x1) 18% discount for next commission order. No expiration date applies to voucher.
payemt process & refund policy
• Payment shall be accepted upfront. Spaces can be reserved if payment can’t yet be sent only if clients communicate their continued interests in the commission.
• After base art has been approved, refunds are NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE.
• Clients are entitled to a partial refund if I’m unable to complete the project or if commission takes longer than 4 months to be delivered. Refund amount depends on stage of commission I’ve reached.
• The following list displays the different stages of the commission and the refund rates for all commission types:
Draft = 80% refund
Line art = 65% refund
Flat colours = 60% refund
Minimal rendering = 50% refund
KEYWORDS
DRAFT: A rough sketch of clients ideas on character composition and style.
LINE ART: Polished, fine line piece
FLAT COLOURS: Established base colours for project.
MINIMAL RENDERING: Describes shading that is incomplete/barely progressed on. e.g. partly rendered hair, clothes etc.
• Only method of payment is Stripe, In which either a link or an invoice for your total amount will be sent to your email. You DO NOT need to have a registered stripe account to make payment.
• Further progress with commission comes to a temporary stop, if payment hasn't yet been sent. Progress will not continue beyond the base until payment has been received.
• Tips aren’t required at all but are appreciated （╹◡╹）♡

Q: What brushes do you use/ what are your brush settings ?
A: All brushes I use are pinned on my Instagram profile here. They are all personally adjusted.
Q: Do you do collabs/ art trades?
A: Yes, however art trades are reserved for Instagram mutuals only. It may take some time for me to complete but I will always try my best to deliver (ㅅ´ ˘ `).
Q: Can you do a ‘___’ tutorial ?
A: You can find all the tutorials I've made on my YouTube.
Q: What is your canvas size ?
A: 2304x3072 generally,
3000x3000 for square canvases
(these sizes are fairly big, so some devices may experience some issues such as freezing, lagging, or crashes).
Q: can I take inspiration from your style ?
A: Of course! I do not exclusively own this style. However, please refrain from heavily referencing my work or out right copying/stealing my art.
Such examples would include tracing line art or just copying in an attempt to study the style.
Q: can you draw me ?
A: Please check my commission status if you're interested in a personal piece. Otherwise, I do not take free requests.
